USD 204 is excited to announce the start of its 2025 Summer Meals Program, offering free lunch to all children 18 and under in the Bonner Springs/Edwardsville community. This community program ensures that every child can enjoy a nutritious lunch all summer long.

Summer meals will be available Monday through Friday, June 2–July 25, at both Bonner Springs High School and the Edwardsville Community Center. Meal times vary slightly by location, and meals must be eaten on site.

To kick things off, families are invited to a special “Kids & Big Rigs” event on Thursday, June 5th from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Bonner Springs High School.

Hosted in partnership with the City of Bonner Springs and OPAA! Food Management, the event will feature a variety of large vehicles for kids to explore and learn about, while also highlighting the importance of healthy meals during the summer. Attendees 18 and under eat for free, and meals for adults 19 and older will be available for just $5.
